urgently required for a reputable real estate company based in Kuwait a “ project engineer with the below mentioned specs:
Highly experienced in construction management , project management .
Oversee the value engineering process and compile related reports for management review
Review the project time schedules and cost estimates to identify any deviations from plans
Review construction milestones for the projects and update management of probable project delays.
Review the bid analysis process to ensure conformance to approved project plans.
Coordinate with projects departments’ manager to update respective project schedules.
Provide updates on project progress and budget requirements to the related departments on a periodic basis
Monitor and administer the business provisions of assigned contracts to ensure that contract requirements are met.
Advise on contractual rights and obligations.
Review bids from third-part service firms for conformity to contract requirements, determine acceptable bids, and negotiate contract with contractor or bidder
